For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing & pest control owners
When you're on the job, who is answering the phone?
You are on a roof. Under a sink. In an attic, on a ladder, or driving between jobs. The phone rings in the truck, in the office, in your pocket — and there is no one free to pick it up.
Do they leave a voicemail — or call the next company on the list?
Ringvia is a done-for-you AI phone-answering service for owner-operated home-service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, garage door, and landscaping, typically with 2 to 20 people. We answer your overflow and after-hours calls in your business name, ask the right qualifying questions for your trade, book the appointment into your calendar, and send you a plain summary by email after every call.
You keep doing the work. We cover the phone when you cannot get to it.
By email or form. No phone call required.
Your Missed-Call Loss Report
Built from the numbers you give us. Every figure is an estimate.
- Inbound calls / month
- 200
- Average job value
- $850
- Estimated missed calls
- 28
- Estimated job opportunities
- ≈ 8.4 / month
≈ $7,140 a month in job opportunities (estimated)
Worked example from the report spec: 14% unanswered (CallRail, January 2025 benchmark) and a 30% booking rate (a Ringvia planning assumption). Your report uses your numbers.
The cost of a missed call
A missed call is not just a missed ring. For a small shop, it is often a job that went to someone else, and no record that it ever happened.
Independent tracking puts the scale of the problem in plain terms:
14%
Home-services businesses miss about 14% of inbound calls, according to CallRail's January 2025 benchmark. [1]
56%
In Invoca's benchmarks across 10 industries, only 56% of calls are answered by a person. [2]
69%
And a missed call seldom fixes itself. Quo reports that 69% of missed calls are never called back within 48 hours. [3]
Your numbers may differ from any industry average. That is why our first step is not a sales pitch. It is a report built from your own call volume and your own average job value, with every figure labeled as an estimate. See the free report section below.
Your Missed-Call Loss Report
Sample Shop — Plumbing. Built from the numbers you gave us. Every figure below is an estimate — here is the math so you can check it.
Your inputs: Inbound calls per month: 200 · Average job value: $850 · Unanswered share: 14% — defaulted (CallRail January 2025 home-services benchmark) · Booking rate: 30% — defaulted (Ringvia planning assumption).
The leak, in three lines: an estimated 28 calls a month never reach a person · ≈ 8.4 missed job opportunities a month · ≈ $7,140 in job opportunities a month (estimated), ≈ $85,680 a year (estimated).
Your numbers, this math: missed calls = 200 × 14%. Opportunities = 28 × 30%. Monthly value = 8.4 × $850. Annual value = monthly × 12.
What happens to a missed call: 69% of missed calls are never called back within 48 hours (Quo, 2026), and in Invoca's July 2026 benchmarks only 56% of calls are answered by a person.
What Ringvia does about this specific leak:
- Answers on overflow and after-hours in your business name.
- Qualifies the caller and books into your calendar.
- Sends you a summary by email after every call.
The next step: Founding Setup, $497 one-time — your agent build, forwarding setup, calendar hookup, and a recorded test call delivered as proof before go-live. Then Coverage, $297 / month. Reply to the report email to start.
Estimates only: your actual missed-call count depends on your phone setup and call patterns; nobody can guarantee how many of these calls would have booked. Ringvia never quotes your customers prices beyond your approved price book, and our assistant identifies itself as an AI virtual assistant. Sources: CallRail January 2025 benchmark (1.1 million leads); Invoca July 2026 benchmarks (more than 70 million calls); Quo 2026 (16.7 million missed calls).
How it works
-
We build your agent on your business.
We train your answering agent on your services, your service area, and the prices you approve in your own price book. We use trade-specific qualifying questions — for example, system type and urgency for HVAC, leak location for plumbing, panel and safety questions for electrical — so callers are asked what you would ask.
-
Your number forwards when you need cover.
Your existing number stays yours. It forwards to Ringvia on overflow, when the line is busy or unanswered, and after hours. During hours you want to answer yourself, you do.
-
The agent answers in your name, qualifies, and books.
The agent greets callers in your business name, identifies itself as your AI virtual assistant, qualifies the request, and books into your calendar according to your rules and availability.
-
You get a plain summary after every call.
After each call you receive a short summary by email: who called, what they need, what was booked, and what needs your follow-up. Once a month you also receive an answered-calls report so you can see what was covered.
The service is delivered inside GoHighLevel, set up for you. There is nothing for you to install.
Hear it handle a real kind of call
Demo recording — fictional shop, scripted scenarioBelow is where the recorded demonstration call lives: a burst-pipe-at-2am scenario for a fictional plumbing shop, with a playable recording, its duration, and a transcript. It is a scripted demonstration — never a real customer call.
Start with the free Missed-Call Loss Report
Before you pay for anything, see what missed calls may be costing your shop — starting with your numbers.
The calculator needs two numbers from you:
- Your approximate monthly call volume
- Your average job value
To send the written report, the form also asks for your email address and your business name and trade. You can add your unanswered-call share and your close rate if you know them. If you leave either optional field blank, the estimate uses a clearly labeled default: 14% unanswered (the CallRail January 2025 home-services benchmark) or a 30% close rate, which is a planning assumption — and the report says which figures were defaulted.
On the page you will see instant math from those inputs. We will also send you a written Missed-Call Loss Report by email within one business day.
Every loss figure in that report is an estimate. The estimate treats missed callers as if they would have booked at the same rate as callers who reached a person — a planning assumption, not a measured fact about your shop. It is not a promise, a guarantee, or a claim about what Ringvia will recover for you. It is a planning tool to help you decide whether coverage is worth it for your business.

Free — Missed-Call Loss Report
Your inputs, instant estimate math on the page, plus a written report by email within one business day.
Founding Setup — $497 one-time
The full build. Your agent trained on your services, prices, and service area. Forwarding setup, calendar hookup, and a recorded test call delivered to you by email as proof before you go live. If the test call doesn't match the intake you approved, we correct it and re-deliver it — and if we can't deliver the build as specified, the Setup fee for that undelivered build is refunded. Ringvia is in its founding, early-cohort stage, and this setup is priced for that cohort.
Coverage — $297 / month
For one location. The agent is available 24/7 for the calls that forward under your rule — overflow and after-hours answering, qualifying, calendar booking, a summary by email after every call, and a monthly answered-calls report.
Coverage Plus — $497 / month
For up to three locations and their numbers, with a larger included voice-minute band, review replies, and priority tuning: Plus tuning requests enter the queue ahead of standard requests as your services, prices, or areas change. Priority is queue order, not a guaranteed completion time.
Coverage runs after a Founding Setup build. If you buy Coverage before your Setup build is delivered, billing starts at checkout and service starts when the build is delivered. Moving between Coverage and Coverage Plus never incurs a second setup charge for the same business, and tier changes are prorated by Stripe's standard proration.
Both Coverage plans are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and no partial-month refund is provided.
Fair use, stated up front: before your service goes live, your written plan schedule states your included voice-minute band and the current documented platform per-minute cost. If your usage goes beyond that band, the extra usage is rebilled only at the cost stated in that schedule and is itemized with the call records. No overage charge applies before that schedule has been provided to you.
What Ringvia never does
Clear limits matter when someone is speaking for your business.
We never quote prices beyond your approved price book.
If a price is not in the book you approved, the agent does not invent one. It takes details and books or refers the call according to your rule.
We never give emergency advice.
For emergencies you define, calls transfer live to your cell phone, following the rule you set.
The AI never pretends to be a human employee.
The agent identifies itself to callers as your business's AI virtual assistant. Disclosure is part of the service, not an option.
Call recording is announced.
Recording is announced at the start of the call, following the consent pattern set for your business. If a caller declines recording where consent is required, the agent takes written notes instead.
We never make outbound cold calls.
Ringvia is inbound answering only — overflow and after-hours coverage for people who chose to call you.
Frequently asked questions
Does it sound human? What happens if a caller asks if it is AI?
The agent speaks in a clear, natural voice and answers in your business name, but it identifies itself as your AI virtual assistant. If a caller asks directly whether it is AI, it answers honestly. It never claims to be a human employee. You will hear exactly how it sounds on your recorded test call before launch.
What happens in an emergency?
You set the emergency rule during setup — for example, a burst pipe, no heat with vulnerable occupants, or a sparking panel, as you define it for your trade. When a call meets that rule, it transfers live to your cell phone instead of being booked by the agent. The agent does not give emergency advice.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Your number stays yours and stays with your current provider. We set up forwarding for overflow and after-hours only. If you ever cancel, you simply remove the forwarding.
How does a caller know their appointment is confirmed?
The agent reads the booking back on the call. Text confirmations begin only after A2P registration clears for your number; until then, the booking stands on the on-call read-back and you receive the summary by email.
What if I already have an office person?
Ringvia is built to cover what one person cannot: simultaneous calls, calls while they are with another customer, lunch and breaks, sick days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your office person keeps the hours and calls they handle well. We cover the gaps.
What does setup require from me?
No meetings. You complete an async form covering your services, prices, service area, hours, calendar, and emergency rule. We build from that, connect forwarding and your calendar, and deliver a recorded test call to you by email for approval. Everything is handled by form and email.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Coverage and Coverage Plus are month-to-month with no contracts. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and no partial-month refund is provided. Your number and calendar remain yours.
Who is Ringvia for, and who is it not for?
Ringvia is for owner-operated trades businesses with about 2 to 20 staff where the owner is effectively the receptionist as well as the technician. If you already have a fully staffed call centre covering 24/7, you probably do not need it.
See your own numbers first
You do not need to guess whether missed calls are a small leak or a large one for your shop.
Request the free report, look at the estimate built from your own call volume and job value, and decide from there. If coverage makes sense, we will build it. If it does not, you keep the report.
