This page and its calculator are informational

The Ringvia page and its on-page calculator exist to help you size a problem and decide whether coverage is worth it for your business. Nothing on this page is a promise of jobs, bookings, revenue, or recovered income.

The Missed-Call Loss Report is an estimate

Every figure in the report is an estimate computed from the numbers you supply, plus — only where you leave an optional field blank — two disclosed defaults: a 14% unanswered share (the CallRail January 2025 home-services benchmark) and a 30% booking rate, which is a Ringvia planning assumption. The report says which figures were defaulted. The estimate applies the booking rate to missed callers as a counterfactual planning assumption: whether those callers would have booked with you, nobody can know. An estimate is a planning tool, not a guarantee.

Industry figures

Statistics quoted on the page are third-party industry figures, cited with their sources where they appear. They describe the industry, not your shop and not Ringvia's results.

Purchased services

Ringvia services, when purchased, are governed by the terms presented at checkout. In brief, and subject to that checkout wording: plans are month-to-month with no early-termination fee; cancellation is by email and takes effect at the end of the current paid month, with no partial-month refund; and if Ringvia cannot deliver a Founding Setup build as specified, the Setup fee for that undelivered build is refunded.

The answering service itself

Ringvia is an inbound AI answering service. The assistant identifies itself as an AI virtual assistant on every call. It quotes only prices from the client's approved price book, gives no emergency advice, and makes no outbound cold calls.
